Founded by Dyna R. Jones, a passionate senior care advocate with over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience, DRJ Consulting was born from a mission to empower others to make a lasting impact in the senior care industry.
Dyna’s journey began as a private caregiver. She later owned and operated two licensed Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFEs), built a thriving non-medical in-home care agency, First Promise Care Services, and launched Heart to Serve Institute, a training school for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs).
Her calling to serve didn’t stop there. As the founder of Bliss Care Foundation, a nonprofit organization, Dyna also helps underserved and low-income seniors by providing free caregiving services and connecting them to vital resources for a better quality of life.
Today, through DRJ Consulting, she equips start-up entrepreneurs with the tools, systems, and confidence to step into the senior care space, fully prepared and deeply inspired.
Dyna is also committed to collaboration and believes in the power of collective expertise. Through DRJ Consulting, she partners with other experienced consultants and business leaders across various specialties to offer clients well-rounded, strategic support in launching and growing successful enterprises.

Bliss Care Foundation: Care with Compassion
Founded by Dyna R. Jones, Bliss Care Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides free non-medical caregiving services to low-income seniors living in mobile home parks and subsidized housing.
Through a network of volunteers and care professionals, Bliss offers support with errands, light housekeeping, companionship, and transportation, while also connecting seniors to essential community resources that improve their quality of life.
Bliss Care Foundation’s tagline, “Joyfully joining hearts to serve the underserved seniors,” reflects our unwavering commitment to bring dignity, companionship, and support to our aging neighbors.

Meet Dyna R. Jones
Dyna R. Jones is a Filipino-American entrepreneur, caregiver, and senior care advocate who migrated to the U.S. in 1999. Her journey began with humble roots as a private caregiver in a mobile home park in Lakeside, California. Through hard work, compassion, and faith, she went on to operate two licensed care homes, a state-licensed caregiving agency, and a vocational training institute.
